ideal location attentive assistance scenic section
The hotel's location allowed easy exploration of the area on foot. The staff were wonderful, offering attentive assistance. The onsen experience stood out. We valued the option of several private onsen.. plus, the public bath featured a scenic outdoor section. The on-site gift shop also offered yukata rentals, allowing guests to wear yukata throughout the hotel.

The breakfast offered a delicious, new experience. Dinner in the bar area provided amazing garden views. The hotel also provided a ramen service as a complimentary late-night snack before bed.

There were five private baths available for use. Face wash was provided near all bathing areas. The hotel featured drink vending machines with complimentary beverages for all guests throughout the premises.

The staff was very polite. Check-in and baggage storage procedures were easy to manage. The hotel offered easy access to the train station facilitating easier transfers.

convenient location comfortable bed
the location was great! for visiting the area around the train station was really close by. the hotel offers five private onsens available 24/7, and a system lets you know if they are free. the bedrooms had comfortable beds.
The service was not perfect though the staff were efficient, i felt they lacked japanese hospitality. the dining experience felt rushed. It would be better if it was more relaxed.

the staff spoke english well and were helpful. they provided after bath delights, like drinks and snacks, available in the onsen area during certain hours. some staff provided excellent assistance and addressed requests efficiently.

The bedroom included yukata robes and pajamas . a tap above the toilet cistern refills when flushed. rooms were very clean and well maintained. It.

incorrect information inflexible receptionist
The public bath was quite acceptable as was the unique Japanese interior.
The hotel information was definitely incorrect I booked a double king room expecting to pay for two people. The receptionist seemed inflexible and this wasted my time.

i loved the ryokan setup. it has 5 private onsen and also a common onsen. i found the traditional japanese dinner and breakfast delicious. they created a very nice experience for me!!!

Acceptable Stay, But Could Improve
poor service bad food
The hotel is in a fantastic location very near the train station.
The service felt somewhat lacking (not the usual Japanese standard) . I found the dinner to be the worst part of my visit. The food and service were not up to par with my previous experiences in Japan.
